1. While the tuner is clipped onto the headstock, it turns on automatically, and turns off automatically while it is removed away from the headstock.

► OPERATION
1. Press POWER/MODE to turn on/off SURF. Every time you turn the power on, all icons will be displayed for 1 second. The SURF will turn on to the last setting. The default tuning mode is Chromatic when first powering on this tuner.
2. Press POWER/MODE briefly to set mode: Chromatic , Guitar, Bass, Mandolin, Ukulele C.
3. Play a single note on your instrument. The display will show the name of the note and string number closest to the pitch detected by the CLIP. Tune your instrument until the LCD shows the correct string and note name.
4. Play another single note on your instrument, if the “Blue needles” are moving to left, that means the note is flat; if the “Orange needles” are moving to right, that means the note is flat. Tune your instrument until only “Three yellow needles” on the LCD.
